Just a day before Easter I devoured a Big Mac at the McFarthest Spot. This spot marks the farthest you can get from McDonalds in the contiguous United States. A crow has a measly 107 mile flight to snack on french fries and other deep fried deliciousness. While it's 145 miles by car to the nearest McDonalds, fast food litter could be found 54 miles away from Glad Valley. I'm guessing that this was the first time that two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun were consumed at the McFarthest Spot, but it was also my first (and last) Big Mac of my life.
