I made this a day trip and stayed at Mammoth Caves National Park
The Louisville Slugger Museum and Tour are pretty cool. I got to see some of Bill Hall's (a Milwaukee Brewer who can't hit for a darn) bats being made along with a whole lot of my old company's equipment. They were renovating the museum so I only got to see the highlights (and got half price admission) of the museum which they moved in to another room. They had two Babe Ruth bats along with a wall of current and past MLB players bats that you could pick up and take a few swings with. I am positive that any fan of baseball will enjoy a trip to Louisville Slugger.
