The Polish Regatta and our Weekend for Boys is something that my friends and I dream about for the entire year leading up to it. We showed our age a bit by enjoying our drinks casually, playing a lot of cribbage, go-carting, and we even squeezed in a little Settlers of Catan. But, most importantly we still participated in the Polish Regatta.
I don't want to get over confident for next year, but we made some big steps in our performance from years past. For starters we actually finished the race. This was a Polish Regatta first for us. I'm also pretty sure that we set all new personal bests in all of the regatta events. We flew through the polish water-skiing course. We figured out all the ingredients in the Polish Pie Eating contest and we kept a tight seal during the Polish Wet Sweatshirt contest.
