Where am I now?

Welcome to the National Parks Home Page

I've always been a bit of an outdoor enthusiast and now I'm taking it to a completely different level. I don't know if I'd call it a quest, or even a goal to get to all of the parks. That's not really what I'm doing. I'd just say that the parks make nice dots to connect as I travel about this magnificent country that I have taken for granted for most of my life.

I'm making up for this neglect by paddling, pedaling, hiking, and driving my way through some of the most beautiful land the United States has to offer.

All I have to say is "I love the parks system!" Sure, some of the camping fees are a bit pricey, but you can always go to the backwoods and enjoy the primitive lifestyle for the price of admission.
