On my way back from the Louisville Slugger I took a detour into Bardstown to visit the home of Evan Williams, Heaven Hill Distillery. Across college campuses Evan Williams is known as Jack Daniles dirty little brother. He's a more cost effective solution to a Whiskey and Coke. I strolled through the museum. Peeked at their sampling booth but did not sample. Finally, visiting the gift shop before I headed back to the campground at Mammoth Caves National Park. I was happy to find that I could now enjoy Evan Williams for breakfast in the form of syrup, so I picked up a bottle and hit the road.
